We are data storytellers.
Too many organizations doing powerful work struggle to prove it.
The data is scattered, the reports are rushed, and the stories of the people they serve get lost along the way.
Manifesting Mind Consulting changes that.
We are an Atlanta-based evaluation and data strategy practice helping schools, nonprofits, and funders see what's working, understand why, and share their impact with clarity and heart.
How We Work Together
Get clear on the change you're working toward and how you'll know it's happening. This includes facilitated theory of change sessions, logic models, evaluation questions, and a practical M&E plan that spells out data sources, timing, and reporting.
Theory of Change & Evaluation Design
Formative and summative evaluation for programs, pooled funds, and collective impact initiatives, using methods such as Results-Based Accountability, Outcome Harvesting, and Most Significant Change.
Program & Initiative Evaluation
Focus groups, interviews, and surveys designed to be culturally affirming and trauma-informed, so the people closest to the work help define what success looks like.
Community Research & Engagement
Turn scattered data into tools leaders use like interactive dashboards, landscape analyses, partner surveys, and maps that show reach and gaps.
Data Strategy, Dashboards & Mapping
Impact reports, funder reports, data stories, and visuals that bring evidence and lived experience together in a story your board, funders, and community will remember.
Impact Storytelling & Reporting
Hands-on coaching and training that help your team build its own evaluation and data skills
Workshops & Capacity Building
Danielle J. Wallace has always been drawn to the question underneath the data: what is this telling us about people's lives?
She first asked it as a teacher in Houston and on Jeju Island, South Korea, where she learned that students and families often understand what's working long before the numbers do. That lesson carried her into program evaluation in Sierra Leone, Kenya, and Ethiopia, and then home to Atlanta as a Data Strategist and Evaluation Consultant.
With 11+ years of evaluation experience, Danielle partners with school systems, community organizations, and funders across education, philanthropy, and community-led change, in Atlanta and beyond.
She believes evaluation should feel like a shared inquiry, not an audit. That's why she leads every Manifesting Mind engagement with care and clarity, treating community knowledge as evidence and keeping the focus on findings teams will use.
Danielle holds an MA in International Development (Program Evaluation) from Emory University and a BA in Psychology from UNC–Chapel Hill. She is also a published author and certified sound healer, two practices that keep her rooted in the art of deep listening.
